Sarah Marshall

Sarah Marshall has a diverse work experience in data governance and banking. Sarah started their career as a Retail Management Associate at Canadian Western Bank in 2008. Sarah later transitioned to roles such as Account Manager, Project Specialist, and Business Analyst II. In 2014, they joined Vancity as a Senior Business Analyst and then progressed to the role of Senior Systems Analyst and Data Governance Manager. Currently, they are working as a Director of Data and Information Governance at BCLC.

Sarah Marshall completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in International Business from the University of Victoria from 2000 to 2005. In 2015 to 2017, they obtained a Certificate of Business Analysis from The University of British Columbia. Later, in 2017 to 2018, they completed the Oxford Fintech Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Also, they hold additional certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in September 2018 and another certification in the Oxford Fintech Programme from The University of Oxford Saïd Business School in 2017.
