Marty Windle

Marty Windle has over 40 years of work experience in various roles within the mission and ministry sector. Marty started their career as a Pastor at The Christian and Missionary Alliance from October 1981 to April 1984. Marty then joined Avant Ministries as a Missionary from July 1984 to June 2000. Marty then worked at Latin America Mission as the Personnel Director from June 2000 to June 2003, and later as the Vice President of General Services from June 2003 to December 2005. Marty's long-standing commitment to service continued at BCM International, where they served as the President from January 2006 until November 2022, after which they took on the role of President Emeritus.

Marty Windle holds a Doctor of Divinity degree from Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School. Prior to that, Marty Windle obtained a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from MINTS International Seminary. Marty Windle also holds a Bachelor of Theology degree from Prairie College. Additionally, Marty Windle has been awarded a Certificate of Ordination by The Christian and Missionary Alliance in March 1984.
