Eileen Cohan

Eileen Cohan brings three decades of commercial law experience to her role as General Counsel. She oversees all legal and regulatory matters for the BCM One family of brands, as well as legal diligence for all acquisitions and transactions. Cohan manages the team responsible for company policy for employment and labor law, risk assessment, contract negotiation and review, and compliance.

Prior to joining BCM One in 2012, Cohan was a Staff Attorney and Bar Exam tutor at Pieper Bar Review, and an Adjunct Law Professor at the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University. She also spent more than a decade as an Associate at Rivkin Radler LLP. Cohan received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University.
