Lita Miller

As Vice President, Business Integrations, Lita Miller is responsible for leading and managing post-acquisition integrations for BCM One and its family of brands. She oversees all integration activities, including working with the executive leadership teams, developing implementation plans, and coordinating with functional teams to execute the plans. Her ability to see the big-picture vision, create the steps to get there, and build effective relationships across multiple entities enables Miller to effectively integrate people, processes, and tools and ensure ongoing customer and partner satisfaction.

Miller came to BCM One via the acquisition of nexVortex, which she joined in 2012. Previously she spent eight years in the construction project management sector. Earlier in her career, she was a telecommunications project manager at Cisco Systems for six years and has experience leading implementation teams for software and hardware telephony solutions. Miller received an MBA from The George Washington University, and a B.S. in Business from Albright College.
