Tony Keiper

Tony Keiper has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tony started their career in 1997 as a Network Administrator for Bucks County, where they installed and maintained the county's IT network infrastructure. Tony then worked as a Realtor at RE/MAX Action from 2003 to 2007, providing exceptional service to clients in their real estate needs.

In 2007, Tony joined Cavalier Business Communications as a Senior Account Executive, offering voice and data services to small to mid-size businesses. Tony moved on to Broadview Networks in 2008, serving as a Senior Total Solutions Manager. In this role, they managed 180 accounts and provided various services, including voice, data, email security, and MPLS services.

Tony joined Windstream Communications in 2008 and worked as an Enterprise Account Executive/Manager until 2018. Tony collaborated with C-level executives and IT managers to implement solutions that impact their businesses' bottom lines. Tony then transitioned to CoreDial, LLC, where they held two roles simultaneously. First, as the Manager of the PSA/Channel Account Management team, they hired, trained, and managed a team of 6 Partner Success/Channel Account Managers. Second, as a Partner Success Manager, they led and managed 190+ accounts.

In 2021, Tony worked at SkySwitch as the Director of Partner Success, overseeing a team of 6 Partner Account Managers. Tony'sresponsibilities included training, managing, and developing solution development/sales strategies. Currently, they hold the same position at BCM One, where they train and manages a team to address partner needs and achieve sales quotas.

Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated expertise in managing partner relationships, developing business plans, achieving growth targets, and driving success through training processes and contract renewals/upgrades.

Tony Keiper has an education history that includes various degrees and diplomas. Tony attended Bucks County Community College from 1990 to 1992 and obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration and Management. In 1997 to 1999, they pursued Computer Technology at an unspecified institution and obtained a Diploma in that field. Additionally, in 2002 to 2003, they studied Real Estate and received a Diploma in Pa Real Estate Practice and Fundamentals. Tony Keiper also completed high school at William Tennent from 1986 to 1990, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
