Prior to this, Charles served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Senior Advisor Human Resources Manager and Senior Enlisted Leader in Naval Criminal Investigative Service. Charles also held positions as a Master Trooper at Maryland State Police and had various roles within the U.S. Navy Reserve, showcasing their leadership and operational skills in different capacities. Throughout their career, Charles Rankin has excelled in training, readiness assessment, and management roles, demonstrating their dedication to service and excellence.
