Chris A. Kurtenbach

As Vice President, Services and Operations, Chris is responsible for all service and operational activities for the company, with a focus on large claims solutions, including high-cost claimant strategies, and BCS’s RiskNavigator solution set. A Six Sigma Green Belt, Chris has a proven track record of driving change throughout organizations with a focus on cost savings, profitable growth, and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining BCS in 2017, Chris led operations for LifeWatch Services, a cardiac medical device and services company, and spent nearly 10 years in a variety of leadership roles at Anthem/AIM Specialty Health.
