Chuck Arquilla

Chuck Arquilla has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Chuck started their career in 2007 at Symbria as a Staff Accountant and Account Payable Supervisor, where they were responsible for reconciling and maintaining financial reports and statements. In 2008, they joined BCS Financial Corporation as a Staff Accountant and later transitioned to the role of Senior Accountant. Chuck played a key role in transitioning accounting software and was responsible for completing and analyzing various statutory reports. In 2016, they became a Financial Analyst at BCS Financial Corporation, where they developed financial models, evaluated business opportunities, and collaborated with leadership for annual forecasting and planning. Chuck was later promoted to Finance Manager and currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Chuck Arquilla completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Millikin University, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Life Mastery: Achieving Happiness and Success" from LinkedIn in May 2020.
