Patrick O’Rourke

Patrick is the Vice President of Human Resources for BCS Financial. He joined BCS in 2017 with over 10 years of experience in healthcare and technology industries. He was Senior Business Partner at BDO Digital (formerly SWC Technology Partners), an award-winning mid-market information technology solution provider and consulting firm prior to joining BCS. Patrick is responsible for human capital strategy including talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, and total rewards strategy. He is also an active member in the Oakbrook Chamber of Commerce where he serves on the Talented Workforce Committee and Young Business Leaders group.

Patrick holds his Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Consulting & Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University.
