Daniel Avendaño has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles.
Starting in 2013, they served as a Network Support Intern at Globalsky Call Center. In this role, they provided support for network-related issues.
In 2014, Daniel worked as a Software Developer Intern at Emerson Process Management. Daniel developed a program called XML Manager using ASP.NET, C#, and Windows Form to administer XML documents for the Test Engineering Department.
From 2015 to 2017, Daniel worked at Navitaire, an Amadeus company. Initially, they served as an Associate Software Developer, where they developed booking functionalities and resolved production issues for airlines and dotREZ-based sites. Daniel also contributed to the creation and support of kiosks for Volaris and Interjet.
Later at Navitaire, Daniel took on the role of a Software Developer Analyst. Daniel was a major contributor to ASP.NET MVC projects for an airline's web booking system and C#-based check-in systems for another airline. Daniel also handled issues and change requests related to kiosk engines for Volaris, Frontier, Flynas, SpiceJet, and Citilink.
In 2017, Daniel joined BCS Technology International Pty Ltd as a Mid .NET Developer. Here, they provided expertise in the development and improvement of various websites, such as Volaris, Scoot's Voucher Bot application, and Cebu Pacific's Staff Travel booking website. Daniel maintained the stability of existing websites, introduced new features, and provided support for promotions and optimization.
Daniel progressed to the role of Senior .NET Developer at BCS Technology International. In this role, they took the lead in the development team and spearheaded the creation of new features for Volaris' Next Generation Main Booking Site. Daniel handled day-to-day client queries, implemented strategies to improve deliverable quality, and acted as a mentor and consultant for team members.
Throughout their career, Daniel has showcased their expertise in .NET development, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and various other technologies. Daniel has consistently delivered high-quality work and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
Daniel Avendaño attended the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Casimiro A. Ynares Sr. Memorial National High School from 2006 to 2010, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
