Richard Harris

Richard "Rick" Harris, Jr. is an experienced program manager with a robust background in acquisition and business development across various military and defense organizations. Currently serving as Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager at BCT LLC since February 2018 and as Senior Program Manager at the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Office of Small Business Programs since September 2015, Rick has successfully led initiatives such as the Department of the Army’s Pilot Mentor Protégé Program. Richard "Rick"'s earlier roles include positions at the Defense Information Systems Agency, United States Special Operations Command, and the Missile Defense Agency. Rick holds a Master of Business Administration from William Carey University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Jackson State University.
