Arlene is currently employed at BCT Partners as a Senior Consultant, where they serve as a Project Administrator/Manager. Prior to this, Arlene owned and operated their own business, Arise Consultation & Training, LLC, where they focused on developing human services content and curriculum, creating continuous improvement plans, and partnering with nonprofits and NGOs on social service projects.

Arlene also worked as a Youth Navigator Network Program Manager at Kinnect, where they guided the implementation of a statewide program for young people with lived experience, establishing program goals, evaluation metrics, and engaging young persons in program development. Arlene was previously a SOAR Program Coordinator at the Urban League of Greater SW Ohio, where they improved program efficiency, recruitment strategies, and attendance incentives.

Furthermore, Arlene worked as a Youth Initiative Specialist at the Coalition on Homelessness & Housing in Ohio (COHHIO), where their responsibilities included advising legislators and co-writing grant applications.
