Shelly R. has over 25 years of work experience. Shelly started their career in 1996 as an Associate at the Maryland Jockey Club. In 1997, they moved to Science and Technology Corporation (STC) as a Mechanical Engineer. Shelly then worked at SAIC as a Mechanical Engineer from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2020, Shelly was a Program Analyst at Mathematica Policy Research. Most recently, they have been a Senior Business Analyst at Softrams since 2020. In 2021, they began working as a Business Analyst at BCT Partners.
