Paul Bice

Paul Bice is an experienced banking professional with a career spanning several decades, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Regional President of Virginia at BCT-The Community's Bank since November 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Regional President at John Marshall Bank from March 2008 to October 2021 and was an Executive Officer at James Monroe Bank, where Paul was a founding member responsible for Business Development and Marketing from March 1998 until the bank's sale to PNC Bank in 2007. Paul began their banking career at United Savings Bank in sales and marketing from 1986 to 1990. Educationally, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, along with advanced studies in Selling Skills and Sales Operations from the University of Wisconsin, and completion of the Virginia Banker’s Association Graduate School of Bank Management.
