Celine Debray

Celine Debray is currently the Cheffe de service Formation & Information and co-responsable des Services aux Publics at BCU Lausanne since November 2022. Previously, Celine held the position of Responsable veille & information documentaire at Retraites Populaires from 2018 to 2022. Celine is also known for founding and owning the first Swiss online/mobile/brick&mortar bookshop called sérendipité, dedicated to independent and creative magazines from around the world. Additionally, Celine has a background in competitive intelligence, investigative journalism, and a Master's degree in Gestion de projets en technologies de l'information - TIC. Celine has also co-authored and co-edited a book called "Pages", described as "The world atlas for magazine enthusiasts".
