Aaron Madved has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in software engineering and management. aaron most recently worked at BCW Group as a Lead Backend Engineer, where they demonstrated expertise in building scalable and robust backend systems for the financial sector. aaron also acted as the Infrastructure/Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) lead for a node-as-a-service platform on AWS and contributed significantly as a full stack founding member for the Hedera RPC service on GCP/GKS.

Prior to that, Aaron worked as a Senior Software Consultant at CGI, where they spearheaded the development of sophisticated frontend component libraries within Angular and delivered comprehensive Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) support through Jenkins.
