Mike Harris

Mike Harris has a diverse work experience in the field of corporate communications and employee engagement. Mike has worked at several notable companies such as BCW Global, Burson-Marsteller, FleishmanHillard, and Fishburn Communications. At BCW Global, they co-led the Employee Engagement & Change team, focusing on elevating communications functions, developing leader and communications team capabilities, and supporting business change and transformation. Prior to that, they held roles at Burson-Marsteller and FleishmanHillard, where they specialized in corporate communications and financial services. Mike also played a key role in launching the US presence of Fishburn Communications and contributed to the growth of their client portfolio. Mike began their career as a Parliamentary Researcher at the House of Commons.

Mike Harris completed their education at the Haberdashers' Boys' School, graduating in 2003 with no specified degree or field of study. Mike then attended Durham University from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Geography. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree (MSc) in International and European Politics at The University of Edinburgh from 2007 to 2008.
