Nick Williams

Nick Williams has extensive work experience in corporate and public affairs. Nick started their career as a Public Affairs Consultant at Bell Pottinger in 1997 and then moved on to work as an Associate Director at GPC International from 2000 to 2005. From 2005 to 2015, they held the position of Head of Public Affairs and Corporate Communications at Fleishman-Hillard, where they worked on high-profile clients and developed new business relationships.

In 2015, they joined Burson-Marsteller as a Senior Director and later served as the Managing Director, Head of Public and Corporate Affairs, and the Managing Director of International Relations. Nick also worked at Burson-Marsteller London as the Chief Client Officer in 2017.

In 2018, they joined BCW Global as the Managing Director of Corporate & Public Affairs. Later that year, they also served as the Managing Director of Issues and Public Affairs at BCW (Burson Cohn & Wolfe) until 2021. Throughout their career, they have provided communication advice to political parties and major international companies and organizations, including their role as an adviser to the Labour Party from 1993 to 1997.

Nick Williams attended Leeds Grammar School from 1976 to 1986. Nick then pursued a Bachelor of Arts Joint Honours degree in Politics and History at the University of Leicester from 1986 to 1989. Afterward, they obtained a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies (Defence studies) from Aberystwyth University in 1989 and 1990.
