Brendan Binns

Brendan Binns is a Senior Genesys Engineer at BCX since January 2022, specializing in support for Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage. Prior to this role, Brendan accumulated extensive experience at Bytes Systems Integration from May 2014 to January 2022, also as a Senior Genesys Engineer, focusing on Genesys Engage and Genesys Cloud CX. Additionally, Brendan served as a 2nd Line Genesys Engineer and a Junior Genesys Engineer at Dimension Data from July 2008 to May 2014, where responsibilities included assisting first line support and updating site documentation. Early in Brendan's career, roles included Printer Technician at Datacentrix and Copier Technician at Konica Minolta. Brendan holds a Diploma in IT Engineering from the Computer Training Institute and completed high school at Hoerskool Montana.
