Daniella Nerwich

Daniella Nerwich is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Executive: Human Resources Business Partnering (Operations) at Business Connexion since January 2009. Daniella's role includes leading a team to implement HR strategies for a workforce of approximately 3,900 employees and actively engaging at the Operations EXCO level to ensure alignment with business objectives. Prior to this position, Daniella was Senior Manager for Performance Management, Organisational Development, and Recruitment, focusing on automating these processes. Daniella also served as HR Director for Balboa Group from 2006 to 2008, overseeing the HR function and contributing to the executive committee. Daniella's career in HR began at PQ Africa, now Business Connexion, where opportunities arose after an internship. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and additional qualifications in management and labour law.
