Sylvaine Favre has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Sylvaine started their career in 1998 at Multiasistencia as a Responsable grands comptes and subsequently became the Directeur Relation Clients & Qualit\u00e9. In 2012, they joined Stelliant as a Responsable Relation Clients et Marketing. In 2018, they moved to Innovation Group UK as the Head of Sales and Marketing France & Belgique. In 2014, they joined Prefikar in two roles, Directrice Ventes et Marketing and Responsable des Ventes et Marketing. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Bdeo as the Strategic Account Director France. At Bdeo, Sylvaine is specialized in artificial intelligence and is responsible for transforming the customer experience into performance levers.

Sylvaine Favre has attended Guez de Balzac and Université de Bordeaux. Sylvaine also holds certifications from Google in Strategy Marketing (obtained in May 2020) and from Moi in School Life.
