Victoria Rathsmill

Victoria Rathsmill has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Victoria worked at BDG as an Advertising Operations Associate Director from November 2022 to present, and before that, they held the position of Advertising Operations Manager from January 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Specialist in Advertising Operations from July 2019 to December 2020, and a Specialist in Advertising Operations from September 2017 to June 2019.

Before joining BDG, Victoria worked as a Marketing Coordinator at UMass Boston from September 2014 to September 2016. Victoria also gained experience as an Editorial Intern at GateHouse Media from January 2014 to April 2014. In addition, they worked as a Literacy Intern at Please Touch Museum in June 2012 and as a Children's Department Page at Radnor Memorial Library from June 2011 to September 2011.

Victoria Rathsmill has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from Tufts University, which they completed between 2010 and 2014. In 2012 to 2013, they participated in a Study Abroad program at UCL. Later, in 2017, they attended the Flatiron School's Web Development Immersive Program.
