Sophie Segers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in interim management and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at BDO Belgium since November 2018, Sophie leads efforts in placing freelance candidates in leadership roles. Prior to this role, Sophie held various management positions at Partena Professional and SD Worx, focusing on business development and strategic HR solutions, including oversight of key accounts and market implementation strategies. The career began at Randstad as a National Account Manager, where Sophie was responsible for expanding a client portfolio across Belgium and the Netherlands.
