Jenine Waters

Jenine Waters serves as the National Lead Partner for People Advisory at BDO in Australia since January 2016, focusing on Human Capital Advisory and HR Services. Previously, Jenine was the Head of Consulting for NSW and Principal Consultant at Watershed Human Resources, guiding businesses through significant changes. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Johnson & Johnson, Head of Human Resources at Olympus Australia and New Zealand, HR Manager at Merck Sharp & Dohme, and Recruitment Consultant at Choice Corporation. Jenine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Macquarie University, earned between 1991 and 1994.
