Ismo Saari is a seasoned professional in M&A transactions with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Partner in M&A Transactions at Greenstep since August 2023, Ismo previously held the position of Partner at PwC from September 2015 to July 2023, leading Delivering Deal Value services. Prior roles include Director of Post Merger Integration and Financial Advisory Services at Deloitte & Touche (2010-2015), Chief Sales Officer at Midaxo Ltd (2014), and Director of M&A Transaction Integration at Ernst & Young Finland (2006-2010). Ismo's early career at Nokia involved various roles including Director of M&A Integration and Transition, as well as engineering and managerial positions in telecommunications.
