Laura Castrén

Laura Castrén has work experience in various roles and companies. Laura currently holds the position of Director and Authorized Public Accountant (KHT) at BDO Finland since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Accounting Manager for Finland, Poland, and Baltics at CGI from March 2021 to April 2022. From November 2017 to March 2021, they worked as the Finance & Accounting Manager at Nokia. Before that, they were a Senior Manager and Authorized Public Accountant (KHT) at Hill Audit Oy from September 2014 to November 2017. Laura also served as a Manager and Authorized Public Accountant (KHT) at Ernst & Young from June 2005 to August 2014, and as an Audit Executive from August 2004 to June 2005. Their earliest work experience was as a Senior Assistant at Ernst & Young Oy from August 2001 to August 2004.

Laura Castrén attended Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a KTM degree. Laura also studied at HEC Paris from 1999 to 2000, earning a CEMS Master's in Management (CEMS MIM) degree. Additionally, Laura obtained certifications such as "ESG-varmentaja" from Suomen Tilintarkastajat ry | ST-Akatemia Oy in 2022 and "Authorized Public Accountant (KHT)" from the Finnish Patent and Registration Office in 2008.
