Samuli Ervasti

Samuli Ervasti has a diverse work experience. Samuli is currently serving as an Associate Director of Corporate Finance, Special Situations at BDO Finland from January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA as an Operations Associate Director from September 2020 to March 2021. From July 2019 to September 2020, they held the position of Manager at EY, where they specialized in Strategy and Transactions, Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy. Before joining EY, they worked there as a Senior Analyst in Transaction Advisory Services, Restructuring & Turnarounds from August 2016 to July 2019. Samuli also has experience in business development and management consulting, having worked at Ervasti Consulting Oy as a Business Development Specialist from March 2013 to July 2016. Samuli has held various roles in sales development and research during their earlier career in companies such as Suomen Eletropinta Oy, AirModus Oy, Sparklike Ltd, and Nexstim.

Samuli Ervasti completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 2004 to 2010. Samuli then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they had a short-term study at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2010 focusing on Industrial Engineering and Management.
