Lise Debeire

Lise Debeire is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and audit. Currently serving as Manager Transformation at BDO France since September 2025, Lise previously held multiple roles at Advance Capital from March 2020 to September 2024, including Senior Consultant and Manager Transformation. Lise's expertise includes operational and financial optimization for companies undergoing transformation. Prior to this, Lise worked at PwC and ORFIS in auditing positions, and gained initial experience at KPMG and other organizations in various finance-related roles. Lise has an educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Audit and Finance from Esdes Business School and a Master 2 in Business Communication from Elon University.
