Annon Lakmal de Silva

Annon Lakmal De Silva currently serves as Manager of Corporate Services at BDO in Sri Lanka and Maldives, a position held since March 2022, following a tenure as Senior Executive in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at the Chambers of Chamath Jayasekara, where expertise spanned various practice areas including Commercial, Corporate, Banking, Contract, Intellectual Property, Land, Labour, and Civil Law. Annon has also undergone training at the Attorney-General's Department in both the Criminal and Civil Law Divisions and gained experience as a Legal Intern at F J & G De Saram. Early career roles included positions in business development and international sales, alongside a teaching role at St. Peter's College Colombo. Annon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of London, an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, an Attorney at Law qualification from Sri Lanka Law College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Aquinas University.
