Tracy Ellis

Tracy Ellis serves as the HR leader and Head of People & Capability at BDO in New Zealand since February 2023. Previously, Tracy held leadership roles in human resources, including Head of People & Capability at Auckland Airport and General Manager of People & Culture at PwC. Additional experience includes senior HR positions at Mighty River Power, PeopleConsult, BNZ, KPMG, NCR Limited, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tracy's educational background includes a BA in Psychology from The University of Auckland and an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, along with ongoing education from the Resolution Institute and the Institute of Directors, where a Certificate in Company Direction has been obtained.
