Francis Chiu, MBCS MSCS, currently serves as First Vice President and Head of Application Maintenance at BDO Unibank, overseeing application health and enhancements critical to bank operations. Previously held roles at BDO Unibank include leadership positions in Application Management and Business Technology, where significant improvements in IT engagement and digital platforms were implemented. With prior experience as Country General Manager at ITRS Group and Global Director of Core Banking at Misys, Francis has consistently driven operational excellence and revenue growth across various financial institutions. Education includes an ongoing MBA at The University of Western Australia, a postgraduate diploma from the Asian Institute of Management, and a BS in Applied Economics from De La Salle University.
