Gina Galita

Gina Galita is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Customer Contact Center Head and Senior Vice President at BDO Unibank since May 2019, Gina previously held the position of Customer Service Head and First Vice President at East West Banking Corporation from April 2011 to April 2019. With earlier roles that include Unit Lead at Accenture, Inc. and Customer Service Head at ePLDT Ventus, Gina began a distinguished career at Citibank, where Gina served as Citiphone Banking Head for over a decade. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Operations Research from Dela Salle University, graduated in 1989.
