Joana Chua is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Vice President for Human Resources at BDO Unibank since December 2020, Joana has previously held significant roles including HR Leader for Manila at Dexcom, Senior HR Business Partner at Ingram Micro, and HR Director for HRBP and Talent Management at Globe Telecom.
