Mark Hawkins

Mark Hawkins currently serves as the Head of Platforms at BDO Unibank, overseeing the bank's API Transformation program. Previously, Mark held significant positions within Security Bank Corporation and HSBC over several years, including roles as Head of Platform Engineering and CTO of Digital Core Services. At HSBC, responsibilities included managing a global team focused on API delivery for Digital Retail Banking and Wealth Management, as well as overseeing core capabilities and public website initiatives. Mark's prior experience spans leadership positions at Lloyds Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO, Williams Energy Marketing and Trading, and Enron, demonstrating a strong background in digital strategy, program management, and financial services transformation.
