Courtney Imperiale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate finance services and human resources. Currently serving as the National Operations Senior Manager at BDO USA since August 2019, Courtney has held various managerial roles focused on operational excellence and business advisory services. Prior to this, Courtney was a Coordinator at Loughlin Management Partners + Co from September 2014 to August 2019, where key responsibilities included HR system development, recruitment efforts, compliance audits, and employee relations. Courtney holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Manhattan University.
