Kim Bolte

Kim Bolte, MBA, PHR, CPSP, is the Principal of People & Culture at BDO USA, P.C. Since 2018, Kim has held this role, building on extensive experience in human resources, including prior positions as Managing Director and National Director of HR Operations at BDO USA. Kim’s career also includes leadership roles at Altra Industrial Motion and Coastal Lumber Company, alongside foundational positions at Roanoke Lumber Company and South Atlantic Services. Kim earned an MBA from Campbell University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from East Carolina University.
