Linda Baker

Linda Baker, ERPA, QPA, is a seasoned professional in retirement plan services with extensive experience in benefits compliance and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Global Employer Services at BDO USA since December 2013, Linda oversees the compliance and administration of more than 300 qualified retirement and health and welfare plans, while also providing consulting services. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager - ERISA at Alpern Rosenthal, where Linda managed over 100 qualified plans, and as a Senior Associate at Mercer for 25 years. Additionally, Linda held the position of Employee Benefits Paralegal at Houston Harbaugh earlier in their career. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Social Science from PennWest Edinboro and a Paralegal Certification in Employee Benefits from the Institute for Employee Benefits Training.
