Natalie Kotlyar

Natalie Kotlyar has been serving clients in the consumer products industry for more than 20 years with a focus on licensing, retail, and distribution. She is the leader of BDO’s national Retail & Consumer Products industry practice.

Natalie provides her clients with a range of services, including financial statement auditing, business advisory consulting, and examinations of special reports. She has extensive experience working with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting companies, including assisting them with debt and equity offerings. Natalie has participated in more than 20 mergers and acquisitions, where she was specifically involved in the purchase transactions and the due diligence process.

Natalie also serves as the firm’s liaison to Israel as well as Eastern European countries.
