Rania Nanos

Rania (Ronnie) Nanos currently serves as the Transactional Innovation and Transformation Leader at BDO USA, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rania was the Deputy General Counsel at Marcum LLP from November 2019 to November 2024. Rania's extensive legal career includes significant roles at PwC as the Commercial Group Leader and Director Chief Risk Office from January 2003 to November 2019, and as Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Instinet Corporation from October 2000 to January 2003. Earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Associate in Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP and as a Law Clerk for Hon. Thomas C. Platt in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Rania holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
