Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. In addition, Mariana has served as the Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and a role as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
