Tawonda Burks

Tawonda Burks, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Rochester Area Economic Development, Inc. (RAEDI) since June 2023. Additionally, Tawonda is the Owner of ELOCINA, LLC, a consulting firm established in December 2012, specializing in helping clients navigate the complexities of business establishment. Tawonda has held the role of President Elect for BDPA in Southeast Minnesota since May 2018 and previously worked as a Project Manager and Associate Project Manager at Mayo Clinic from June 2017 to December 2022. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota (2019-2021) and a Master of Business Administration from the same institution (2016-2018).
