Charlotte Ruminak

Charlotte Ruminak has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Charlotte is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at BDR Thermea Group, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Signify in various roles, including as the Global Head of Human Resources Division Digital Solutions and the Global Head of Integrated Talent. Charlotte was also the Head of HR Europe and a Vice President at Signify. Before joining Signify, Charlotte served as the Vice President and Head of HR at Philips DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) from 2013 to 2015. Charlotte also held the role of Vice President and Head of HR at Philips DACH and Healthcare DACH from 2012 to 2013. Charlotte's career at Philips started in 1997 at Philips Austria, where they held various HR roles. Charlotte has also worked at Heptacon Management Training & Consulting as a Senior Consultant in Human Capital Management. Charlotte has a strong background in HR and has accumulated significant leadership experience throughout their career.

Charlotte Ruminak has a background in psychology and systemic psychotherapy. Charlotte studied psychology at the University of Vienna from 1990 to 1996, and later pursued a degree in systemic psychotherapy from OEAS, where they studied from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, they also participated in advanced HR executive training at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, Charlotte has obtained certifications in Powering Inclusion at Signify from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2022 and has an additional certification in LEAN Advanced Management.
