Charlotte Ruminak has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Charlotte is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at BDR Thermea Group, a position they have held since June 2023. Charlotte Ruminak has a background in psychology and systemic psychotherapy. Charlotte studied psychology at the University of Vienna from 1990 to 1996, and later pursued a degree in systemic psychotherapy from OEAS, where they studied from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, they also participated in advanced HR executive training at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, Charlotte has obtained certifications in Powering Inclusion at Signify from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2022 and has an additional certification in LEAN Advanced Management.
