Kevin Kirkle serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at TaborStreet since July 2023, bringing extensive experience from NMC CAT, where Kevin held the same title from August 2016 to July 2023, as well as roles as Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Talent Solutions. At NMC CAT, responsibilities included leading strategy and execution in various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management, all aligned with corporate business objectives. Prior to NMC CAT, Kevin held multiple HR roles at InfoUSA from January 1999 to August 2008, culminating in the position of Vice President of Human Resources.
