Manuel Rossi

Manuel Rossi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations excellence. Currently serving as the Group Manufacturing Director at BDR Thermea Group since January 2024, Manuel oversees factory operations. Prior to this role, Manuel accumulated over 24 years at Whirlpool Corporation, advancing through various key positions including Area Industrial Sr. Director where responsibilities extended to managing multiple plants, and Industrial Site Sr. Director focusing on operational KPIs across factories. Career milestones also include leadership roles in industrial footprint strategy and New Product Introduction post-Indesit acquisition, as well as directorships that encompassed comprehensive responsibilities for factory performance, productivity initiatives, and logistical operations. Manuel began professional experience in MR&D as an employee after completing education at Politecnico di Milano from 1992 to 1998.
