Sune Bjerg

Sune Bjerg has over 10 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Sune is currently the Head of Production at SAMSON AGRO A/S, where they manage over 220 employees and oversees departments such as Production, Planning, Quality, Facility & PTA. Additionally, from July 2021 to July 2022, they held the position of Head of Purchasing at the same company, managing the full supply chain.

Prior to their current role, Sune worked at Steel Products as the Production Manager of "High Volume Parts + Big Parts" Production, where they managed a team of 30 operators and was responsible for complex machinery and production planning. Sune also served as the Quality Assurance Manager at the company, managing quality procedures, customer requirements, and supplier relationships.

Sune's earlier work experience includes an internship at Fibertex Personal Care Group, where they worked on a project to improve production efficiency and was responsible for project management and optimizing Lean processes. Sune also gained experience as a Night Warehouse Worker at Coop Danmark and as a Salesman at BAUHAUS A/S Danmark.

Sune started their career as a blacksmith apprentice at Vagner Knudsen & Sønner A/S and later worked as a Blacksmith at L. Østergaards Maskinfabrik A/S.

Overall, Sune Bjerg has a diverse background in production management, quality assurance, project management, and blacksmithing, with a proven track record of creating long-term results through dedicated teamwork.

Sune Bjerg has a diverse education history. Sune began their education in 2009 at Syddansk Erhvervsskole, where they pursued a degree in Metal Fabrication and gained practical skills as a Blacksmith apprentice. After completing their degree in 2013, they proceeded to further their education in the field of engineering.

From 2014 to 2018, Sune attended Aarhus Maskinmesterskole / Aarhus School of Marine and Technical Engineering, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. During their time at the university, they also had the opportunity to study abroad as an exchange student at the University of Tasmania in 2016. There, their field of study focused on Technology Management and Marine Engineering.

In 2019, Sune continued their education by enrolling in Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University. Sune completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (HD 1) from 2019 to 2021.

Most recently, Sune Bjerg has been pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD 2) in the field of International Business at Copenhagen Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
