Niels van Den Broek

Niels van den Broek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as Manufacturing System Manager at BDR Thermea Group, Niels implements and enhances the Global Manufacturing System through World Class Manufacturing methodologies. Previous roles include Group Operations and Supply Chain Project Manager at BDR Thermea, where Niels focused on standardizing manufacturing IT processes, and Business Process Specialist for Remeha BeNeLux, driving process efficiencies. With a background as Lean Coach, Scrum Master, and Project Lead at Remeha, Niels contributed to various strategic initiatives including IT migration and lean program implementation. Earlier experience includes roles in engineering process improvement and project coordination at Auping and internships in process optimization and change management at Nestlé and Wavin. Niels holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and an Industrial Management degree from Windesheim.
