Cari Desiderio

Cari Desiderio, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Cari is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Talent at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC., where they lead a 35-person Talent organization. In this role, they oversee talent acquisition and talent management functions, including recruitment, engagement, performance, and team retention.

Prior to their current position, Cari held various HR leadership roles at HH Global. As the VP HR Operations, they provided HR business partner leadership and talent management. Cari also oversaw shared services, HRIS, total rewards, and payroll teams. Additionally, they led compliance, M&A, and integration work. In their previous role as the VP HR Business Partner, they served as an HR advisor, executive coach, and talent management voice for the Digital CEO teams. Cari also worked on special projects and new acquisitions, focusing on organizational design and change management.

Before joining HH Global, Cari served as the VP HR, Americas at Rexnord, where they headed HR for the Americas region and led M&A projects. Cari also worked on talent strategy for Fortune client accounts. Prior to that, they held the position of Director HR, Americas.

Cari's work experience also includes serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Norwood Life Society, where they oversaw HR functions across multiple divisions. Cari was responsible for recruiting, benefits, training and development programs, and compliance.

Earlier in their career, Cari worked at DaVita-VillageHealth as a Multi-State HR Manager and HR Generalist, as well as at Kellstrom Aerospace as a Human Resources Associate.

Currently, they are pursuing a Master's Degree in English and Creative Writing from Eastern Illinois University. Cari obtained their High School Diploma from Hoffman Estates High School. In addition to their education, Cari has various certifications, including a Life Coaching Certification from New Skills Academy, a Certified DiSC Coach certification from Rexnord, and a Project Management certification from ExpertRating Inc.
