Monika Marwah has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Monika is currently working as the HR Director at BluePi since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as the Manager for MBA and Non-Tech Recruiting, APAC Students Program, where they were responsible for hiring and onboarding team members and implementing university relation plans. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at NCR Corporation in various roles, including University Hiring Leader for Asia Pacific & Japan and University Hiring Leader for India. During their time at NCR, they focused on improving work relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity. Monika also implemented employee engagement activities and led campus hiring initiatives. Before NCR, Monika worked at Panacea Biotec Ltd as an HR Specialist, at Star Worldwide Group as a Manager-HR, and at UNINOR as a Deputy Manager. Monika also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at NCR Corporation India Pvt.Ltd. and as a Resource Consultant at UMTS India. Throughout their career, Monika has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Monika Marwah completed their education at the Institute of Management & Technology from 2004 to 2006, earning an MBA in HR & Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Maharshi Dayanand University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a B.Com. (hons) degree in Commerce. In addition to their formal education, Monika has obtained various certifications, including Interpersonal Communication from LinkedIn and Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School in 2020. Monika also holds a SAFe 4.0 Agilist certification obtained in April 2017. Monika has participated in several training programs related to personal development, productivity, communication skills, and conflict management, provided by NCR Corporation.
