Manny Gouveia has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Client Service at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC. Manny Gouveia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Science Education - Physics from the University of Central Florida, which they attended from 1997 to 2000. Manny also obtained an Associate in Arts degree in General Studies from Valencia College, where they transferred from Lake-Sumter State College in 1996. In terms of certifications, Manny obtained the Microsoft Teams Rooms Solution Sales Professional certification from Microsoft in 2021 and the Communicating Across Cultures and Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues certifications from LinkedIn in 2020.
