Randy Penley is currently a Senior Fellow at Collins Aerospace and previously served as the Director of Engineering there, acting as the Chief Engineer of Design. They also hold the position of Director of Engineering at BE Aerospace. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University from 1980 to 1984.
